Common Questions
South East Asia Protocol 2026
Does an E-Visa guarantee entry into Singapore?
No. A visa is not an entry permit. It only allows you to travel to a Singapore checkpoint. Final entry is determined by ICA officers at the airport.
Do I need a hard copy of the E-Visa?
While it is digital, we strongly recommend carrying a printed copy of the E-Visa PDF and your SG Arrival Card QR code to show at the check-in counter.
What nationalities need a Letter of Introduction (LOI)?
Nationals from Level I and Level II countries (e.g., India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, etc.) often require a V39A form signed by a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Is the visa fee refundable if rejected?
No. The ICA processing fee and our service fees are non-refundable as they cover the administrative work performed by the authorities.
How long can I stay on a tourist visa?
Most social visit passes allow a stay of up to 30 days. The exact duration is stamped on your passport or sent to your email upon arrival.
Can I apply for a visa while I am in Singapore?
No. You must be outside Singapore to apply for a visa. If you are already inside, you must apply for an extension of stay via ICA's e-Service.
